I read few story online that after changing new phone, alot users having issues transferring their MySejahtera Acc (Vaccine Cert Etc) to new phone; as MySejahtera only allow One (1) accounts per IC number.
Any iOS user here can help to share your experience ?

my concern is on the vaccine cert which post inside mysejahtera apps; some claim the vaccine cert missing after that

just did mine.. basically i uninstall the app on old phone... reinstall on new phone, and enter details, everything pops up exactly the same..... but to be safe just take a screen recording of your certs and etc.. if anything happen can contact helpdesk to help solve the issue..

As far as I know Vaccine cert is stored in your account, not your phone

Key is to uninstall on the old phone first right?
Cos I normally full backup the old phone and restore on new phone.

The MySejahtera thing is account based and not device based. You can just uninstall from your old phone and install the app on your new phone then everything should appear as it should already.

No vaccine loss or whatsoever

i uninstalled it on the old phone and install a fresh app on the new phone...coz its stated that each IC can only be used on 1 device... it works for me

Just logged in mysejahtera to new device. Works well for me and vaccine cert is shown. Only the previous check-ins are resetted

No problem transferring. I suspect those story are from people who always forget their password and keep creating new account with email. As long as you remember the password, just login and everything is ok.

as long login using same credential, everything should be fine.

my cert is still there on both phone. I havent uninstall Mysejahtera on my old phone

Don't worry. The other time I removed my mom as a dependent on my dad's account, the vaccine cert immediately got transferred to my mom's sole account. No hassle at all. Was a little worried and kept screenshots before doing it in case no trace of it is available.

Login both android and ios . No issue on the cert

latest update, all the check in are store on the cloud now.

If you change phone or reset phone the history will gone
No way to enable it i think
