Any recommendations?

My favorite brands are IWC and Omega, but open to all other brands also..

Looking for minimalistic, flieger designs like the IWC Pilot Mark 16. But I believe this iwc is slightly above budget for pre-owned...

I think Mark 16s can be had around the rm12-15k range.

With Omega, the quartz Bond SMP might start around rm10k.
The 2254s might be a tad cheaper.

For flieger design, you can also look at Stowa and Laco. Together with IWC, they are the original manufacturers of flieger watches during WW2. I believe they are cheaper than IWC, but they don't have shop in Malaysia. For homage flieger, I would recommend to look at Steinhart. I personally own their Nav B Chrono II model. Poor man's IWC

Steinhart is homage brand. They don't have rich history but they offer best bang for the buck. They use Sellita and ETA movement.

Both Laco and Stowa are rich in history. Laco use Miyota and ETA while Stowa primarily use ETA.

Due to budget constraint, I bought Steinhart. If you have the budget, Stowa is the better choice. You can also look out for preowned IWC if you have the money.

Happy hunting
