But no worries if this is old (the planning actually started waay from end of last year January though), but the main reason that I brought it up now is because its gonna show NEXT MONTH! Can't wait for it

If you click and read SilentVampire's link, you can see there are no Malaysian. In fact, there are no Malaysian that has any good ranking in Muay Thai, in comparison to the selected fighters.

Hopefully any Malaysian that does Muay Thai to first build up their career & prove themselves either locally or at international level.
Maybe they will get a shot in a couple of years. Till then, we just have to wait.

Hmm, I remember seeing a few videos from youtube, a few malaysians are training, I think it is some competition. They kick and punch till bleed, there were some orang putih as well. I think they are coaches. Not sure if its muay thai, but it is similar to kick boxing style.

DAMN!!i though that there are 1 or 2 malaysian in it..i was kinda hoping to see some malaysian fighter to fight at the competition..but sadly there wasnt..

Have to wait for the next one.

Btw, Buakaw Pramuk not allowed to fight Yodsenklai larr, both are from different weight class
(Buakaw = super welterweight, Yodsenklai = super middleweight).

zach is a pusy, wht he actually do is he refuse to fight (scared get eliminated early) ,freeride as long as possible
and wanted to freeride for a reward on the challenges, he cant even run,he fall and make tigerking team
lose.
haha jt my hate toward him la , no offense.
he knew people wanna get him, and did noting but hide like pusy(and talk non related thing). not feel shy by geetting help by yodsenklai,
in the end, if he gt lucky,he cant get pass semifinal also .
wht yodsenklai do did not help zach at all, in the final who gonna give other opponent win.

Do you know Yod will fight Andy Souwer soon so i guess Buakaw also can fight with Yod if Yod enter K1 and Buakaw is the same as Andy Souwer in K1.I still dont know why Jwp won the fight between Rafiq i already watch the fight couple time and it look Rafiq more lead the fight btw the fight should be draw or go to sudden death round .I guess all of sudden the blue team got sudden illness cos all of them think the show more prefer Jwp so if u cannot knock out Jwp and the final dessicion will be toward JWP(eventhough u collect more point).i would like to see Yod,Rafiq,JWP,Naruepol and David Pacquette made to semifinal but JWP got issue and ellimnate Rafiq first so he had the change to fight Yod in the final for pay back time to Yod cos Yod Knock him out in Second Round when both of them fight last time.i'm hoping they bring back Rafiq.i lol at Jwp when he said he dont show his 100% fight between rafiq but if you watch his past fight it is the same but i think he scared Yod will found out his weakest point if suddenly both of them fight in the final.

just watch the jwp vs rafik match.. really a bad performance from jwp. he totally not there to fight. he was trying to hurt rafik. he was try to get rafik face with his punch. he should use his leg more.
after the fight, rafik was saying about muay thai is about respect bla bla.. but i dun see him respecting others

if u look back at contender there must be one of the character have cocky attitude i guess they were paid to act cocky so it can attract more viewer if not contender cannot attract more viewer n only people are enthusiast about boxing or myt will watch but not the other.Do you know why they pick JWP n Rafiq be the team leader there must be a reason why not choose Yod and JWP as team leader Now it might a bit boring to watch contender asia cos no unique personality in the next series

it was a bad cut on alain's head
but it was a good match, but alain let soren punch too much.
Soren is very versatile, he can punch n kick. he knows how to control the ring

Alain just didn't show any heart to his fighting skills. His cut has got to be at least 8 stitches. It was wide open!

Naruepol weak? I disagree, the fellas is one of the fav for this besides Yod & JWP.

i always enjoy the fight in every episode except yod vs nareupol

i vote the final match will be Yodsanklai Faitex vs John Wayne Parr both is well known and respectable Muay thai Fighter.The last match where Yod vs Sean also really fun to watch at first i thought Sean would won the fight cos from the his past fight he surely beat out other opponent with his hard tough kick.Many of the fighter cannot absorb his kicking power and from his fit physical body he look more tough than Yod and also he got the height advantage but Yod is more intelligent to use Sean advantage and knock him out.

In between this three matches, Dzhabar fighting was the most awesome with a lots of intercepting fist...Just like the Bruce lEE philosophies...Each kick from Rafik was return with a counter kick or punch...Awesome...The fight between Yod and JWP was nt bad too and i have already thought that YOd will win...That fella was very tough despite continous punches from JWP...Whereas the match between Zidov and Zaki, in my humble opinion i think Zidov could win...The first 3 rounds Zidov was just relaxing and blocking...I wonder why didnt he attack more i am waiting for his combo the whole time..In the end, his whole face was bleeding due to an elbow on his nose..He can still fight but doc don't allow..Nevertheless, Zaki was kicking and attacking all the time...In the future, i would like to see a great match between Dzhabar and Yod...

Yod easily man handled JWP though i admire JWP courage but its just that it even more interesting to Dzhabar fite against JWP. I love his spirit against JWP. Btw, who won the match Dzhabar against rafiki?

Of course JWP and Yod is strong. Both men are world champions or former world champions in JWP case. Yod is Thai and has trained muay thai all his life while JWP started muay thai when he's around his teens. That's why the Thais will always dominate muay thai in their weight divisions.
