There is a case where my user claim that his 1 months years old IBM leenovo pc's PSU failed to operate so i called Leenovo to claim a new PSU..and the result is the engineer told me they cant replace it because it is due to our company unstable electric supply and many nonsence excuses. Damn, this is so Fxxk because whenever i call up DELL or HP regarding the warratny like motherboard, monitor, hardware and PSU and they never say No to the customer. So we came out with a decision that time, we won't buy any IBM leenovo unit after that.
And i would say, a service center without a customer oriented service wont win the heart of the customer. If compre with other company especially Dell, Leenovo service really bad.
