Hi guys, how is the feedback on 13 mini? Planning to get my first iphone, as secondary phone. I am new to ios. Does the battery life is a concern?

I hate the interface of ios but after i bought the ipad mini, somehow i was able to tell myself, this is okay. I also plan to change my main phone next year. If the experience with 13 mini is good, i might getting ip14 once it’s open for preorder. Is it recommended to get 13 mini for trial pupose?

Main phone: S20+
Secondary phone: P9 Plus (going to replace this)
Others: New ipad mini 6 / mac mini

the battery is good, at least better than 12 mini for sure.....coming from s20+ 6.7" I would recommend to go with ip13 instead of mini, you get bigger screen than the mini, also if battery is a concern then the 13 has fantastic battery (on par with 13 pro)..

Hi all. Few days ago, my home/power button suddenly become not clicky. After that i tried open my case and notice something sticky. I don't remember spilling any sweet drinks to my phone.

Now the unclicky-ness only happened on and off. How can i fix this? Should i drop some water to button area or bring it to Switch?

I don’t recommend using any form of water around the power button…is the power button still responsive?

So far the button still responsive but it is annoying. And now the clickyness is back to normal again.

Nope. As a secondary phone, i find ip13 is too big. I like the mini size as secondary. Played around too, but i think i still contemplating about getting an iphone.

I switched from 12 Pro Max to 13 mini. Absolutely loving. No issues with battery life either.

is 13 mini battery really that good? comparing to 12 pro max kinda far off IMO. if truly similar performance getting 13 mini would be amazing.

Definitely can’t compare with 12 Pro Max. But it can last me full day easily.

12 pro max battery will last longer, but 13 mini shouldn’t be too behind like the 12 mini..

I unplug 7am. And I recharge 11pm. Daily usage.

There are nights I forgot to charge. Maybe 20% onwards. Next morning, totally empty…. Any of u gave such issues? It’s like 30% and below same fast drain

Did you turn off background refresh? Check your battery and see what apps are running while you were asleep..also try to go airplane mode when you sleep and see what’s the outcome..

Have not checked what’s causing the drain overnight but will check the next time it happens. Quite scary.

Left at 30% or so. Slept. Woke up. Phone cannot on. I thought my phone died. Lol.

So far happened 3x. Wife out in wireless charger but never put properly

I had even weirder issue.

I overnight charge my 13 mini and as you can see here even when it was charging, the battery level kept declining. Though no app drained the battery at that time.

I used original apple lightning cable and charging brick. So far happened only once but still it is weird.

same here. after bought ipad mini 6, i bought iphone 12 mini.
use as second phone. using s21, p40 pro n poco x3 gt.
surprisingly mini is smaller than iphone 7. very handy.
