yes i saw 80GB in setting- iphone storage, then go over General - About and check also same 80GB, i think your reason mentioned above could be main cause...

Yeap always happen to me when I transfer files to comp or restore backup to another device.. what I normally do is to transfer photos and videos to my comp, delete/remove them before backing up to restore on another iPhone..not only you free up space on both old and new phone, also save your transferring time..

Tried this and my battery dropped from 100% (11pm) to 96%(8am). Seems pretty normal to me. Is it possible to get the battery not draining at all during standby ? Sorry this is my first iOS device

Manage to get mine after a tour to all switch in Selangor and KL (except Sabak Bernam) and found 1 at Low Yat. Although blue color is my 2nd option, i still like it very much.

Hi just want to get some advice. It's been a while since i bought a phone at a physical shop. My previous few phone were through shoppee.

So if i were to buy an ophone at Machine, i made the payment at the counter then immediately check the physical condition of the phone. Afterward start the phone and check the display, camera, wifi and sim card network condition. If everything is ok then only leave shop correct?

The checking is after payment correct?

Nowadays AASP are smarter, they don’t seem to cover 1 to 1 change on the spot despite having defects at open box in front of them…switch for example they told me if defect I’ll have to go to service center to claim warranty despite opening in front of them or back home..

does the magnet of magsafe case is strong? anyone can share??

Yeap very strong it’ll hardly fall off unless intentionally pull them apart..

Get from LazMall. 15 days return policy if there is defect. Peace of mind.

Or get directly from apple store, even better return policy

You mean from 11pm to 8am right? Actually, iOS does tend to under-report battery drain from full 100% for at least 5-6 hours if left idle so if you charge your phone to 100% every night and remove the plug before you sleep, you might even see 0% battery drop the next morning. But in most other cases, a 3%-4% battery drop during 8 hours of idling is considered normal.

Actually it’s pointless to check at the store as they won’t allow a 1-to-1 exchange even if you discover any defects or abnormality. Just buy it and choose your most comfortable time and place for your unboxing experience - I wouldn’t do it at the store!

I think the go to colour for the 13/13 Mini this round is Starlight or Pink!

Apple Malaysia used to allow return and refund. Just read the terms macam can only exchange now.

Exchange is considered as 1 to 1 replacement of brand new unit, has always been like that

In the UK, I can basically just settle for a refund in Apple Store. Normally would just buy and if defects/blemishes detected when after I open box at home, bring in for refund and buy new. I wouldn’t go to Genius bar as they would replace it with a unit in Brown box.

yeap, in UK even if you buy something off john lewis or marks&spencer, you can refund within 14 days, even clothes or other wearables..Apple's even better with their refund/exchange policy... however we do not have Apple store here in our country, only way is to purchase via apple online or AASP and adhere to their policy
