Never purchased anything directly from Apple before, so, just curious - based on your experience, will Apple be shipping in between the dates that they have mentioned, or will they do it earlier?

From the bottom pic it does look like the lens is a bit exposed but the bulge on top keeps it from touching the surface?

There might be a small chances that the phone might no drop on the flat surface like table....any side or edge corner then RIP liou....prefer to have all around protection

Which batch your order from  ? 2nd or 3rd ? I order on the 2nd Oct morning under second batch already got them ship status from DHL already......you might want to call up switch and ask.....

Most people quite happy with switch this year, especially if yo ordered on 1st Oct you should already get it by now. Contact them ASAP

Clear cases are amazing for showcasing the phone’s beauty but there are 2 issues that deter me from using them, mainly yellowing and micro scratches.

Well i ordered mine around 11am on the morning, SA told me either 1st or 2nd batch. When i whatsapp them they just told me to wait for sms. Very bad service for those who choose to pick up and for me who paid full amount felt ‘cheated’ since already paid.

Not to mention fingerprint smudges that you need to wipe it so often lol
You need to contact their CS and pester them repeatedly until they take your case seriously..after all you’re a paid customer..

so far my spigen on my 12 didnt yellow after 1 year. only my ringke clear yellowish

Ringke is famous for turning yellow within the first 2-3 months lol, spigen material better imo, but their price also slightly higher..

Yes, will get them to give a more proper answer instead ‘ once got stock will call you, please wait sms, etc’. A lesson for those who planning to order from Switch in the future, DON’T PAY FULL AMOUNT! And if u wanna order from Switch maybe order online and not from store, since store will have the last allocation after all online ordered fulfilled.

Ohh no wonder la, you order from store sure put you at the bottom of the list, those who PO online already gotten theirs early...good note though for next year’s purchase..
