I ordered from Switch on 1st Oct, but til now no news. Should i just walk in to their branch? Whatsapp-ed their number but no reply.

I ordered from Switch store on 1st Oct morning but til now still no news, anyone having same case? Or anyone got their unit of Iphone 13 Pro Max 512GB? Very disappointed with Switch, not going to but from Switch after this.
