I still think it’s 7th to start shipping, means ideally today invoice and credit card charge. 8th if the stock is in Malaysia or Singapore. Some delays likely Saturday and Sunday. That’s why initial date is Monday I suppose. Covid-19 probably have limit DHL ability to clear deliveries on 8th itself.

When you originally placed your order, was the estimated date of arrival 8/10-11/10? I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Sierra Blue 256GB at midnight October 1 and the estimated date of arrival was already at 3/11/2021-11/11/2021.

Use iCloud transfer. Apple allow you to exceed storage space for iPhone transfer purpose.

Won’t gg bro, only walk in customers will gg..there will be 2 lanes for walk-in and preorder...and pre- order lane normally move fast, as we have already paid...if go early in the morning then there will be a queue but will be fast moving cox you only register, grab and go...if go a bit later then there’s a chance there’s no queue for pre-order, can walk in like a boss and grab it..

Terrible service. Lack of communication. Have to constantly chase them for updates. And their social media, don't bother trying. It is almost non existent. Can continue posting about new iPhone but don't bother replying messages.

They pushed my collection date to 9th for no reason. Truly disappointed with them especially when I was given verbal assurance that I can self collect on the 8th.

Will not buy from Machines anymore in the future. Guess they don't mind losing 1 customer.
