wondering if this is worth the upgrade from series 5

I’m upgrading from my Series 5, will defo benefit from the 5Ghz wifi band receiver. Overall, just some performance enhancement and nicer screen.

Using AW4.plan to change earlier but after the keynote doesn’t feel like it haha since no new health sensors

Dunno if I can really tell the difference with 5Gz wifi band... Is it just better connection between iphone and watch?

Yea thought would get the electronic BP sensor. But the smaller bezel and larger screen make its look a bit better than previous model. Those who don't have yet, it's good to have la. Those who have the previous 2 versions, maybe most likely a pass.

I actually thought this year they will launch the totally redesigned square AW7 with lots of other features, which I was really waiting for but somehow that got cancelled.

Personally, I don't own any AW and was looking forward to get that but now, I guess I'll wait for next year too

Or maybe, who knows Apple Pay 😂. There were news it’s directive from BNM to pick it up and insider(s) say Q4 2021. Well it’s Q4 already so, fingers crossed.

But in all seriousness, SIRIM hvnt approve cellular version yet. I think that’s why cannot promote to sell/pre-order here yet.

if you tend to always leave your phone and go out (away from any WiFi or the range of your phone), maybe yes. But cellular do take up more battery.

easy, if you say you like to leave your phone in the living room while you are in your bedroom, cellular is NOT for you.
if you say you go exercise or gym or whatever that technically makes your phone like a burden to carry around, cellular sounds like a good option for you.

Still, it's up to you. Cellular or not, iPhone is still needed to do most of the task.

Buy WiFi/non Cellular version first. If you can live with that, u dont need Cellular version on your next upgrade/purchase.

There's a sudden surge of ppl buying oxymeter recently. So to have one that somewhat, checks your system sounds pretty good at this pandemic/endemic times. Anything also, they can call SOS instantly.
