Celcom has stopped offering symmetrical Internet packages a long time ago, even on their own fiber infrastructure.

Only the 20Mbps and 30Mbps package is symmetrical, other higher packages aren't.

I have question, does unifi installer AND celcom installer needs to come in to the house to do the port over? I have concern on this because the house cannot live 1 day without internet. How to coordinate the two agents from celcom to activate and remove unifi installation in the same time?
