Hi guys,
I m eyeing on a house in tropicana aman. The house is completed. I just wonder why it is not taken despite it is corner unit and very much to my liking.
Do they allow negotiation normally for unsold unit?
First of all, what would you like to do with the corner unit? Are you going to expand it to become a bigger unit with more useful spaces? Or you purely love the extra big plot of empty land with a better distancing & better privacy?
As you aware that Tropicana Aman is mainly full strata title house, hear say the TA management is 'famous' of strict implementation on the strata rules, no any violation is allowed. So if you are the former type of owner, i.e. plan to buy a bigger land corner lot to do massive expansion or renovation, then I suggest you forget about this TA unit.
Heard the strata management is so strict that even building a pegola or build an awning (over their specify extension size) is prohibited. However, if you purely love the house itself and the overall environment of the unit locate (without any plan on external renovation), then you may consider it.
Besides, if you are referring to TA Dahlia bungalow unit, please be aware that this is zero lot bungalow, not the conventional type bungalow unit, which to some people it's not their preference. Of course last but not least, hear say TA is also infamous of their poor workmanship, seeing from the feedback of their earlier launch of Arahsia & Bayan residences with uncountable defects and heard some still unresolved till now, maybe that also explain why the still have some unit unsold.
