Its all depends on chipset used. This Pad use kinda fast chip

Used pad 5 for a year. Sold it to my friend and bought an iPad mini 6 instead. Much more suited to my use case - lighter, smaller, smoother.

The pad 5 had better speakers and longer battery life though. No lag issues in that one year I had it.

Maybe because the apps on the iPad mini 6 looked and felt more natural on the tablet than android apps on the Pad 5. The Pad 5 wasn’t laggy or stuttery at all actually. At least not with the stuff I did on it.
