Lenovo in terms of spec and price I think consider great as well, but heard that Lenovo has bad history of providing update support for its device...which is one of the key point need to be consider as well

For the device itself I am expecting below RM2000 for the 6+128 wifi variant, for the keyboard even now buying from China also cost around 300, if Xiaomi Malaysia want to reward customer can just bundle it as freegift during early bird promo/pre-order, but I doubt they will do that

I think it is the whole service center system. Saw many complaints in Xiaomi Malaysia Chinese Owner FB Group. I was Xiaomi Phone when Xiaomi Phone first launch in Malaysia. Redmi Note if not mistaken. That time service center not bad... After then I changed to Huawei phone. Down the road over the years I noticed that less and less products officially in Malaysia.

are you referring to the Desktop mode? It is in process now as currently only Mi Mix 4 have the desktop mode

Miui PC/desktop not as good as samsung dex in s6/s7 at the moment. Still work in progress. Apps like Microsoft word cant open in full screen unlike in samsung dex.

Other alternative

Realme pad which will launch globally tomorrow, price arround 200-300 usd. Midrange chipset but built in stylus just like samsung note series. No desktop mode

Samsung S6 lite also midrange chipset, stylus included, dex mode support. Price range rm1200-1500

Samsung s7fe 12 inch screen upper Midrange chipset, stylus included, free book cover/keyboard. Dex mode support. Price start from 1899-2k

Import set lenovo padpro 21 also quite good but netflix HD not supported yet which a dealbreaker for me.

huawei dext mode not bad. almost same as samsung dext.

asus dext is worst.

gsmarena review seems like the screen is good and bright enough. the brighness is higher than galaxy s7+ for hdr content.
