Mother (67) had a small brain hemorrhage almost 2 months ago. She felt numb on her left side of her body.
Something she ate triggered it. She has high blood pressure and diabetes.
Walked with walker...stick. She's getting better now.
So, what kind of nuts are good for brain? Walnut? Almond? Hazel?
Does she have type 2 diabetes? That can be reversed with proper diet & nutrition (NOT DIET AS IN WEIGHT LOSS TYPE, BUT TYPE OF DIETARY INTAKE). Talk to a dietician. I am not qualified to dish out advice but I can tell you clinical studies in recent years have scientifically proven this. Something she ate triggered it. She has high blood pressure and diabetes.

Walnut is good, so is macadamia, pecan and almonds. But in moderate amounts as it still raises blood sugar level.
