Sunshine as if? West super hot in Malaysia. Try East.

Edit. My best bet is Blok A - 09 to 16. Blok B - 09 to 16 looks gloomy being blocked by Blok A. Blok B face West is the best (you want sunshine) provided no other buildings nearby

As in i want my unit to be bright for the longest time available haha. Has already paid a booking fee for unit 06 Block A but would like to confirm this so that i wouldnt make the wrong decision. Another reason was Block A unit 01-08 is actually KLCC view thats why tongue.gif

Give & take, better view (provided is unblock view now & future) and hotter room and living. More aircond consume electricity. Depends on ur preference. For invest wise, view is more important.

Which project is this btw?

Sun rise on east, sunset on west, as long 06 is open view, then should be okay. Which level u choose and in front of your unit is facality or carpark podium ?

better view (provided is unblock view now & future) and hotter room and living. This, exactly what i want. But because this unit is actually facing north west? if i am not mistaken, i was afraid that it might not get exposed to sunlight as usual. Its a project in cheras near C180 yeah.

According to the pic given by my agent it seems my unit is not directly facing east or west exactly. It seems my unit is facing the north west(my understanding), and more to north as what my agent said but i still get confused lol...

from the picture, it is clear your unit facing NorthWest. how many total floors when you are at 25th. To be exact, Block B may block the sun after 2/3pm if you are at lower floors.

North West facing will also get afternoon sun, just the sun-ray is from side, not directly from front, if you want avoid afternoon sun I think can choose Block A 01-03A, at least it will be blocked by block B.

Trader Square Residence? North West still ok, my unit facing south but master room wall is toward west as it's a corner house. the wall every evening is like an iron and the water is hot, no need heater.

use a sun path of KL and you will know the sun's location relative to your house all year round.

your house will be at the centre of the diagram. for example, on 21 June, the sun azimuth angle is around 300 degree with altitude of about 20 degree at 6pm. There is a chance the other building block can shield the direct western sunlight. The western sun will be behind your unit for half of the year. If you want a more accurate analysis you will need a 3D software with sun study.

By the way, the analysis above is for unit facing North. For yours you will have to rotate the diagram slightly according you the unit's orientation, which is north west.

*The diagrams are the same. Posted two accidentally.

There is a total of 31 floors where i am buying the unit at 25th floor, so i guess it wont be blocked by Block B right?

Well..
In Malaysia.. anything is impossible...
That undeveloped land suddenly later on could pop up some high rise project 😬

yeah you re right. You moved in already? Everything so far okay? Save money on electricity (for heater) then lol.
One other concern is that there is a cemetery nearby but my agent rest assured that it wont be in the sight.

Any how every unit will also be having the sun behind each unit in different timing correct ? Unless there is only one house alone in the middle with no building around. Given there is only a total of 31 floors , i guess floor 25th shouldnt be fully blocked/shield from western sun? hmm.gif confused.gif rclxub.gif
