You have to kill Ucamulbas first in order to upgrade the old armors.

as i reached HR9 last night.. i join (Kai) others in ukamulbas..
Beat it in less 7 mins with 4 ppl.. but when i check upgrade.. still no xtra upgrade to akantor..
Atm its 92 def max to each parts..
Do i hav to do all the necessary quest to unlock ukamulbas & defeat the urgent ukamulbas quest from there?..

you have to post ukamulbas, beat it with others only other G rank weapon and upgrades are available

Understand that elder dragons carries forward damage if it is not slain - teo, nana, cham, kushal & fata. Question is, does this apply to lao, shen & yama?

Another question. Do u think its worth getting Naruga's weapons? Most of em have 2 slots with 50% affinity, sounds tempting though. Am thinking whether should I get a Naruga GS to replace Siegmund for Los/Ian farming. Advise?

Gan, Lao, and yama dmg not carry forward.

All : I felt that gunner got nerf big time in 2G, my dps cant match my slashing nowaday

Even I am using rajang mix sand ape ( focus +, autoreload, +5 dragon, hidden ( less aggro) )

with my pierce 3 as primary shoot, still cant beat my katana slashing dmg.. wish someone can post dmg meter like WoW, that would be nice

gonna get my rapidfire autoshoot lightbow and try tonight

just finished my elder quests except the final invitation.

anyway, tried on 7 stars g elder quests and i notice that the difference is soo huge! congalala fury swiped straight away cat-carted...

think my armors and weapons cannot sustain these quests anymore, any better armors and skills suggestions guys?

p/s: vista still refused to install the unsigned planex drivers.. solo till hr3 and dont think i will make it to hr4 alone T_T

Kayne, thanks for the feedback. I have the full naruga blademaster armor already. The reason I was asking about the Naruga's GS is that I tried to solo Los with Siegmund with attack up large, took me 40mins to kill that bugger. So looking for an alternative high raw GS within Hr7/8.

ahtiven, alternatively - make yrself present this friday at weekly gathering and we will help to up yr HR.

How should I go about solo-ing G rank yama effectively? Gun or blade?
