each monster poison resistance is differ from each other
the attribute is not the damage, it is the accumulator

Example:
a weapon with 500 poison attribute and green sharpness
500/10 = 50 true value

take los for test, los poison resistance 110
means after 2-3 hits, los will be poisoned, at the same time, resistance up by 75
means the nx time to poison it, will need 4-5 hits (185) resistance
max resistance will up until 410
while in poison, each second will take down 5dmg, and lasted until 360dmg
when the target is reached, poison effect wore off

forgot to mention that the accumulated value will drop 10 for each 5seconds
kirin first time poison resistance is 200
lets say if your poison is 20 true value, you need to do a 1000% attack on it
constantly (weapon attack % can refer to gamefaqs)

24-10-10 = 4 left
