Hahaha... same, my females do that sometimes.... but mostly normal odourless pee.

My dad won't let me get a bigger cage, so I'm thinking of modifying a connector to connect 2 cages together.... now thinking of a plan.
*
U can dismantle the side wall of the cage n then clip them together with wire holder.

hi guyz...i'm new here..hello to eeeeeeeeeevryone..something bout me..i bought a female sugar glider for my own bday gift.. tongue.gif ..actually i've been watching for the suggie days before.. icon_rolleyes.gif ..and after i bought,i named her  kiki..no idea where that name came from, but i liked it..and yet already a week, she still bites me... sad.gif ..
*
take ur time, it's just a week.
the bonding process takes time.
dun give up, soon she'll learn to trust u n the crabbing n biting will stop.
but there's no guarentee when that will occur.

I've gotten the pet's own lactose free milk. How many times a day we need to feed them with it eh?
*
Got such milk here?
How old is ur joey?
How often u feed them depends on how old they are.
If they r just OOP then every 2-3 hours.

Yeah, i bought it online. I think Petshack shud have it too.
Anyway, they are about 7 weeks OOP. But still too little. And they are lacking fur. Though the fur has starts growing again, i just tot i need to try giving them the milk.

Added on February 18, 2008, 8:58 amowh...n they've eaten other things as well. fruits, chicken, boiled or scrambled eggs, yogurts, yakult, fruit juice, baby food (but had not for quite sumtime), oat and glider mixed.

mealworm, not yet, tried but they dun want. tuna dun want. eagle pack holistic cat food (treat) only just started. Koochee took it, Cheekoo didnt.
*
If they r 7 weeks OOP then it's no longer a requirement to give them milk.
But u can feed them if they want it.
For the meal worms, u should break it n then feed it to them.
By 8th week they should be fully furred n the tail should be fluffy already.
That would mean they r weaned, else u need to give them milk.

Her case is different jitshiong, she got the joeys too young and they haven't gotten enough milk since.

A well and healthy joey will be fully furred by as little as 4 weeks OOP. The tails will start to poofed up at 5-6 weeks OOP and by 7-8 weeks will be really fluffed up.

But he joey is not a matter of that, he is not well before and was practically naked at even his age right now.

You can search back for some of the pixs then you'll understand.

*
Sorry bout that, poor thing.
Still naked now?
All the best

U can get them in hardware shop.
I dunno what is it called.
Tell them u want something to hold wires together

Cable ties rite?

Your idea would work for me if my cages were not the RM100 cages with the pointy roof.... it is hard to combine like that.... was thinking to make a connector using wire mesh, then use cable ties to secure the connector. I'll be connecting 1 small door to another small door. I'm still thinking if it would work or not.
*
Yayaya!
cable ties!
hehehe, if u r just gonna connect the small door then there's not different right?
Its just like a big cage with 2 seperate compartment.
Anyway, i dun really understand nor can i picture it ur way so just ignore me.

LOL.... not easy to keep so many animals... one thing would be no money loh....
Same, I treated my GPs with Ivermectin too.... for gliders I think it would be very risky by injection, so oral is safer.

my zoo will never stop  doh.gif
*
Hehe, the thing is ur parents allow u to keep them.
My mom screams at my pets and she even 'help' killed one of my glider.
Haha, my mom hate animals.
So can't keep animals even if i want to

Anyway, I have found a few eucalyptus trees at a park.... I dunno what is the name of the park but I do know that it is always full with people and kites on good weekends.... Hmmm.... gotta ask my dad about it. Anyway, if I have found out the place, anyone wanna go and get some branches? The trees are not really in the park but by the roadside, so I think we won't get chased or anything if we get a few branches...
*
I would go with u,unfortunately i'm currently too far away.
So, no eucalyptus branch for my gliders.

If u are capable of spending hours a day with them, being their slave and stay up at night plus a lot other then y dun u get one?
But be sure that u can commit before that, huge responsibilities.
They'll reward u handsomely, well worth the effort

QUOTE(spel'it @ Feb 20 2008, 02:49 PM)
Guys, if we bring our suggies out at nite. not that late la...just like around 8 to 10...is it advisable to bring them in the pouch or wut? sumtimes they get active during that time, sumtimes they just sleep.
or issit better to just leave them in a familiar territory (cage/home) during these hours?
*
I do bring my gliders out at night.
But my glider is very bonded to me, they won't go exploring anywhere else except on me.
So i know that it would be safe to bring her around.
I do bring the pouch along just in case she is scared then she'll have a safe pouch to go back to.
