Pelawak dan ahli perniagaan itu berharap kisah Siti Sarah dapat membuka mata ramai pihak yang masih enggan mengambil vaksin agar segera mendapatkan suntikan bagi menyelamatkan lebih ramai nyawa sekiranya positif Covid-19.

Kata Shuib, jangkitan Covid-19 yang merebak hampir pada semua tubuh penyanyi itu menyebabkan paru-parunya tidak boleh bekerja untuk memproses oksigen.

“Ada seorang jururawat mengingatkan, semoga kematian Siti Sarah memberi kebaikan dan dia meminta saya menyedarkan rakyat Malaysia mengenai vaksin.

“Saya tersentak sebab isteri belum divaksin. Wallahi, pada fikiran saya, isteri boleh kembali sihat dan sembuh, saya cukup yakin.

“Tapi bila berkomunikasi dengan doktor, dia kata paru-paru isteri awak penuh dengan Covid-19, ia tak boleh berfungsi. Di sinilah vaksin sepatutnya memainkan peranan,” katanya pada sesi siarang langsung di Instagram Story sebentar tadi.

Katanya, Covid-19 “is real” malah dia juga sebelum ini antara insan yang tidak pernah percaya mengenai kewujudan wabak berkenaan.

“Jika berpeluang untuk ambil vaksin, ambillah. Di saat kematian kita hadapi hari-hari. Kalau Covid-19 nak terjadi, sekelip mata ia boleh berlaku.

“Dulu saya tak berapa nak percaya, tapi bila dah kena batang hidung.

“Saya juga pernah bergaduh dengan isteri sebab tak takut keluar ke sana sini untuk berjumpa kawan atas urusan kerja. Dia ada beritahu risau jika terkena wabak,” katanya.

Siti Sarah meninggal dunia menjelang subuh hari ini selepas beberapa hari bertarung nyawa akibat Covid-19.

Dia juga terpaksa ditidurkan dan menjalani pembedahan tanpa sedar demi menyelamatkan anak keempatnya, Ayash Affan pada 6 Ogos lalu.

Pada 27 Julai lalu, penyanyi Terakhir Buat Teman itu, berkongsi dia dan keluarganya dijangkiti wabak itu melalui pembantu rumah mereka.

Dalam sesi live tersebut, Shuib turut memberitahu, pembantu rumah berkenaan meninggal dunia baru-baru ini.

Tambah Shuib, sebanyak mana pun harta seseorang, dengan situasi Covid-19 di negara ini, ia belum tentu dapat menyelamatkan nyawa seseorang.

Justeru, katanya, jagalah kesihatan serta jangan sayangkan duit.

“Saat di dalam ambulan, saya terfikir nak bawa isteri ke hospital swasta, tapi tak berpeluang sebab penuh. Masa tu memang terdetik, duit banyak mana pun tak akan boleh sihatkan isteri saya.

“Jika banyak duit, jagalah kesihatan, amalkan vitamin untuk kuatkan sistem imun kita. Kalau tak ada duit amalkan pemakanan sihat, dan beli oximeter tapi tolong jangan sayang duit.

“Saya orang yang memang tak jaga kesihatan, saya jarang makan vitamin. Dengan sekarang ada pelbagai jenis Covid-19 termasuk Varian Delta, kalau terkena terkena tak boleh berpatah balik,” katanya.

Already died.. no point looking back. During early phase of vaccination, many confusion about maids. Many people think the agents will arrange vaccinations for maid, including my mom's friend.. my mom had to repeatedly remind her friend to get her relative to arrange for the maid's vaccination. Dah lah Malaysia don't really treat maids like human, even how to arrange for vaccination also no details. Plus our smart people from Immigration dept went after illegal migrants. Of course foreigners from third world countries spooked and went into hiding causing even bigger Covid cluster. In the UK, vaccination is given to all regardless of whether you're a legal or illegal immigrants. No questions asked. You got no valid papers or passport, nevermind. You are welcomed to take vaccine. Pregnant women are one of the priority group for vaccine. Such deaths could have been avoided.. but that is the sad reality of life.

Logically, Shuaib might also be a non symptom carrier as he is vaxxed and always meeting others which was protested by his wife.

Just want to remind those with pregnant wife. Please take vaccine after 16 weeks of pregnancy. No need to listen to other people about congenital malformation etc as the period of which your partner's pregnancy can be affected by external cause is between 4 to 14 weeks in which the neurodevelopmental Tube is still not fully closed. So any pregnant ladies above 16 weeks should be more than ok to get vaccinated. If you are not convinced please consult your obstetricians
