These are things you can do now to cushion the effect of a full meltdown

1) open a foreign account and park all your cash into foreign currencies
2) Sell all your fixed assets like properties and shops in Malaysia and invest abroad. A single HDB flat in Singapore is far more valuable than having multiple properties in Malaysia

3)start preparing your kids to reside abroad. Give them quality education like SRKJC at primary level, and then move them to private institutions or international colleges at secondary and tertiary level to align them with International syllabus.

4) emphasize your kids on life altering subjects like English, Mandarin, Science and Mathematics.

5) Family planning. Don’t breed too much. Number of kids should be based on your finance strength, not lust.

6) Parents. Don’t buy burial lots here. Instead tell them that you plan to firecremate them and spread their ashes in the open sea and carbonize their ashes into a locket for memoir

7) For those who are doing business, consider moving your  operating HQ to Oversea like Singapore, Phillipines or even Indonesia. Screw 51%. They could nationalize your entire life work in few months. Follow the footsteps of Mr Kuok.
