Multiculturalism is bound to fail, for the same reason as communism failed: it goes directly against human nature of selfishness and evilness.

People’s nature tends to reject people who are different from themselves. That’s how nation state was created: to fight people who are different from people like themselves.

People will forever reject and hate those that are different from each other. That’s human nature. History is proof. Multiculturalism will divide and instill hatred between groups.

Let me lay out scenario (this is all hypothetical)

Let’s say Germany has received 50,000 immigrants from Syria and one day, some 20 people caused crime

Right thing to do is not juding entire refugee group as criminals but some german people do.
Then, in turn, some refugees develop resentment towards German people: saying “why are they judging us, we have never been involved in criminal activities”

Right thing to do is not judge entire german group as racists but some refugees people will feel this way
This hatred cycle continues.

Okay, let’s come up with another scenario.

Let’s say they did forgive each other but some group performs better economically than the other group.

One group would say: we have been marginalized due to majority depressing our rights.

The other group would say: no, we have been fair to you. Why are you blaming us for your own failure?

You see the pattern?

Diversity is division. It divides and instills hatred in society. I wish we lived in a perfect world where we will not judge one by someone’s nationality, race, religion, etc. But that idea only works in fantasy land, just like communism. People are selfish and will not be able to live harmoniously with those with drastical cultural and racial differences.

Many said the New Economic Policy failed because many Malays are still poor and only small number of elite Malays benefited from it. Why the government don't just allocate an annual budget for NEP and bank-in cash into every BUMI/ Malay bank accounts or give them cash handout like BRIM, but for BUMI only, so everyone gets equal help and no one is left out, aren't they saying everyone should be the same? the poor need to be as rich as the rich, almost like communism, why hate communist so much when they practice it in their own country? blind and stupid?

Everyone get the same amount of money allocated to NEP and poor get as much help as the rich, no need to run complicated program that only benefit the connected who are mostly rich already, and the B40 Malays can finally get the help they needed, instead of letting the money flow into the pocket of the rich.

when gov runs complicated program, it actually created many leakages and wastage. Direct cash handouts is the most effective to help beggars and needy.
