Any idea why I can only use 150 Zcoins to offset the amount instead of 300 Zcoins as the image suggested? Just checking with member here before getting in touch with ZCity CS.

CS responded that the promo is meant for prepaid instead of postpaid even though the promo code works on both. I tried to pay RM50 prepaid & true enough I can now deduct 250 Zcoins.
