Ya Zcity needs fixing again!
I thought I managed to grab 2 T&G and 2 Boost vouchers but in the last transaction the system said something has gone wrong and told to restart the app. I did and then found 3 unpaid. But after a while or so, I got 3 T&G vouchers and 1 Boost, with 1 unpaid.
So I don't know whose T&G voucher I have got!
Will have to wait for ZC to sort out everybody's orders

They will find it eventually I'm sure!
I checked my bank account and confirmed only 2 payments made.
Have redeemed the paid ones and leaving the unpaid one in my voucher list for them to remove it later.

Update: The unpaid Boost is now paid and I have the voucher. The T&G extra voucher has been removed. That's quick for them to sort it out

Yes I buy T&G to clear coins faster due to the larger denominations. My main buy is Boost pins

Check first whether coins have been deducted and check if bank payment has gone through.
If yes, then don't try to pay the unpaid, just wait maybe 1/2 hour or so the voucher should appear in My E-Vouchers.
I experienced that just now buying Boost pin, tried paying and kept on getting the payment failed message. Got the voucher about 1/2 hour later.

More for Boost pins, I buy TnG pins when coins' expiry is near. Don't use TnG that much here

TnG pins got refreshed at 6pm yesterday.
Boost pins may have also been refreshed around that time after selling out during the day, cos when I looked this morning Boost are already available which are most likely carried over from yesterday

I had no problem in making payment. Bought Boost pins.
Have you all updated the app to the Hari Raya version? Update was this morning

Can we use multiple vouchers in one go? If can, then the smaller value vouchers work the same lah
I always buy RM50 voucher so don't know if we can use more than 1 any one time

That long? I just bought the membership, received the coins and Boost pin and was wondering where the Shell vouchers are.
By the way I read in terms and conditions that only 2 Shell vouchers can be used in each purchase.
