I have wondered at times why is it that after paying my electricity bill in full for the month, the new bill for the following month still has balance owing carried over from the previous month.
Now I know - without knowing it then - my ZCity payments have failed.
This morning I stumbled onto 3 payments in April and November that are sitting as "Payment Failed" items under "Return & Cancellation".
I have submitted refund requests for all these 3 transactions that add up to RM151.00
