Anybody else experiencing long delivery times from Lazada? This is my experience.

Item 1 - Packed 15/7 Delivered 25/7 (10 days) by LEX.MY
Item 2 - Packed 14/7 Delivered 20/7 (6 days) by Urban Despatch
Item 3 - Packed 7/7 Delivered 12/7 (5 days) by LEX.MY
Item 4 - Arrived from China on 25/7 (Puchong hub) for delivery to Bukit Jalil. No action as of today (27/7) by Urban Despatch

I notice that when the parcel reached a hub it will be left there for 2-3 days before departing to the next hub or out for delivery.

I've also ordered from Shopee and delivery times are normal

Item 1 - Packed 24/7 Delivered 27/7 (3 days)
Item 2 - Packed 21/7 Delivered 23/7 (2 days)
Item 3 - Packed 19/7 Delivered 22/7 (3 days)

Needless to say, I'm doing all my online shopping at Shopee now.

Well for me it's always price and availability first

No hurry for most things

If i need it urgently I'll just get it from the brick and mortar shop

Use to be very fast 2-3 day arrive , one of my package took 21 days that reach me but another recent purchase took 2-3 days je reach dy.

Mine got stuck for 11 days at local hub.

I got a parcel stuck in logistic facility for about a week too. It was finally delivered.

I suspect COVID case in the facility. but then again my friends from other states have delayed Lazada deliveries too.

how to avoid lazada since they launch RM15-RM5 voucher which can stack with RM20-RM4 voucher some more.

Money still the most important. TS want avoid then just avoid. No body care actually. If TS so urgent need it why buy online?

If my items got good price and not hurry, I don’t mind waiting.

Oh yeah, you just reminded me I still have one combination of it not used yet. Can go follow some store which give additional store voucher and net yourself some half price deal here.

I already do it. Keep follow and unfollow. LOL

I noticed some stores will refresh their follower’s voucher from time to time, some memang only 1 time and that’s all.

So every now or then, go through your followed list and unfollow and refollow them to check if they refreshed with newer vouchers.

correct. The price is more low than buy direct from taobao. And it is free shipping some more. Damn... how can lazada gain money err?

Some companies value market share and reputation more than money.

They always have budgets for marketing cost, can just use some of those to subsidise some small value vouchers and you all already very happy doing free marketing for them.

Like shopee even smarter, just use those 88%, 100% or whatever % voucher that capped at 500coins will do. And those vouchers don’t even need to pay you true cash value, they give you Shopee own coins, which don’t decrease their cash flow and force you to continue patronising with them.

Yup, agreed. Lazada's delivery slowed a lot. Usually stuck in the hub for a long time. Also moving to Shopee now.

it's a case by case thing. i've experienced fast lazada n slow shopee n vice versa too.

my last 3 items stuck in hub for more than 7 days then only delivered.
Moving my purchase to shopee now for the moment.

Penang delivery getting slow ever since their macallum hub daily bangla worker kena covid the other day few weeks ago (this info given to me by their contract worker).

I think it's improving. My latest order placed on 26/7, picked up in PJ on 27, delivered to me on 28/7.

My item always stuck at China delivery depot. Once pass customs, all is fast...

I had the misfortune of ordering 2 cans of paint from Lazada when the hardware shops were closed. Now they have been opened more than a week and my order has still not arrived. Now I can't proceed with my home improvement when I have lots of free time on my hands. I could walk into a hardware shop and buy immediately but what would I do with the extra paint? Never again with Lazada!

The lead time is not consistent on LZD.
If you need urgently grab from retail shop instead if available.

Shopee is pretty reliable for me. Delivery in 2 - 3 working days. Lazada has disappointed me 3 times this month. Delivery in 6 - 10 working days. No more Lazada for me for the time being.

Experiencing delays too. 2 orders sitting in the warehouse for almost 2 weeks. While 2 other items from the same purchases have been delivered albeit took more than a week to move from warehouse. This has been the worst experience so far.

If your ordered is picked up by LEX, expect delays.

Today is 3/7. My item with arrived from China on 25/7 has still not been delivered. Urban Despatch which is to do the final delivery tell a lot of lies that Lex.my only handed over the item to them on 2/8 although tracking show they have picked up on 28/7. Then they have the cheek to say that they need another 4-5 days to deliver.

Lex.my is slow but Urban Despatch is worse. They seem to be completely overwhelmed. I have tried calling Lazada Customer Service to cancel but it is very hard to speak to a real person. There is always a long queue. Once I held for 45 mins and when it came to my turn the line was cut. At other times the queue is too long to wait like 19 persons in front of me.

Is there any way to cancel other than by calling Lazada Customer Service? I want to cancel and reorder from Shopee. I have no confidence in Urban Despatch anymore.

I'll take Lazada over shopee anyday.

Slow delivery? Doesn't matter. Some products are fast.

Why put your items into hands of shoppe jnt? Worst case, if your product is faulty or broken, shopee won't even give a single fark on your refund. You will get shit constantly by the scam sellers on shopee.

Delivery slow ok MCO can understand ... but freaking lapsapda give SEVEN days for sellers to drop off ... tmd taking own sweet time to drop off... so don't even mention about delivery time, drop off already need few days... shopee only 2 days ... I have never lost a single item from Shopee over the past 4 years I bought things from them.
Local stocks will always arrive < 3 days to my doorstep. ALWAYS.

And which idiot says there's no scammers or fake accounts in Lazada.

Lazada sucks now. Very slow. Give too long lead time for seller to ship. Then say I register many accounts, don’t let me use my vouchers. One good thing it seems now the shipping cost came down to only Rm2

iam worried when item stuck at parcel hub, probably it will be stack up to the roof and end up broken when delivered.

Last month, my lazada order from KL to KL takes 12 days to arrive. Stucked at sortation hub for more than a week.

Lazada's delivery partner, Urban Despatch took 14 days to deliver my parcel from Puchong to Bukit Jalil. They were so unprofessional, they left it outside the door because the office was not opened yet. Unbelievable service!

Lazada is slow due to the local warehouse. My items were stuck at the Ninjavan warehouse for more than a week. After I request to cancel then only they deliver within 2 days.

'Ninjavan not so bad, maybe they take an extra 1 or 2 days compared to the most efficient courier. But if you kena Urban Despatch you will cry tears of frustration. This slimy company has no right to be in the delivery business.

I had same bad experience with shopee. Bought two items, received only one. File report to customer service, they just cancel my report and click close. Report again, no action. Even I have evident show them seller even kind of admit one items was not sent.. Shopee is very bad, good for seller bad for buyer.

I don't mind slow as long as arrive safely. For fragile items I go with Lazada. Urgent and small items shopee. Ultimately which ever platform that offers the lowest price.

yes, any purchase i made when go through bayan lepas and puchong will stuck for some time past few weeks ago till now. Both platform also kena.

My experience with Shopee is different. The seller gave a fake tracking no. but didn't send the product. When the period for delivery expired I clicked on the option to refund. The seller was given 3 days to respond. He didn't respond so Shopee refunded my credit card. No hassle, no questions asked.

29/9 - Out for delivery
... nothing ...

4/10 - Then I contacted the dispatcher's phone number, he said oh he has my package and will come tomorrow (he sent me a picture of my package)
5/10 - He couldnt find my house after I gave him clear instructions and shared location on whatsapp. I went out to meet him at the main road. And he showed me a package that WAS NOT MINE. He said.. sorry.. maybe back in the store. He comes back again tomorrow
6/10 - On Lazada app it's marked as DELIVERED (with some last 4 of IC)

But I did not see any package nor anyone called me, nor did my door bell ring.

Now the dispatcher is not picking up my call @@

This company really a cancer grade courier service. I also got 1 case with them.

First you need contact lazada ask for prove then I will teach you the next step.

Urban Despatch is the slowest and most irresponsible courier company in Malaysia. They left a parcel worth RM500 outside my office door because the office wasn't opened yet. Fortunately my colleague retrieved it before it was stolen.

If you buy anything from Lazada ask the seller first if he can NOT use Urban Despatch. If he says he can't control who is the courier buy from someone else.

For me, I've banned Lazada and buy only from Shopee. I've not been disappointed with the delivery.

Yes, the slowest courier. Waited 6 days for a local items at their sorting centre and then status turn to attempt delivery, but the Urban Despatch freaking van not even moving at all…WTH!… Since morning until evening…

so far 90 % Lazada delivery are fast for me . Subang Jaya area.

Having the same problem with Lazada/Urban Dispatcher

My item arrive at sorting facilities from 5th until now.

Initially the item suppose to arrive between 5th to 9th. After that they arbitrarily change the date to 11th to 18th.

Try to contact UD. Basically not possible. They are using tune talk. Voice mail full..wtf

if you decide don want the parcel just reject at door step.

be alert if UD later throw inside your house and run away then you need to print label to return it.

After one bad experience with Urban Despatch with my parcel delayed for 7 days, I refuse to shop at Lazada. That was 3 months ago and UB has not improved. This company must have strong cable with Lazada to give so bad service and attract so many complaints but still remain a courier for Lazada.
