Having the same problem with Lazada/Urban Dispatcher
My item arrive at sorting facilities from 5th until now. Initially the item suppose to arrive between 5th to 9th. After that they arbitrarily change the date to 11th to 18th. Try to contact UD. Basically not possible. They are using tune talk. Voice mail full..wtf Contacted lazada to Cancel...really thanks for nothing. Don't know want to laugh or cry.  |
