hi guys I found this video. I am 32 this year where I have started working out since 2 years ago but instead of increasing my weightplates, I gotto reduce weight plates on my weight lifting because I feel that I am getting weaker every week and more injuries .
But here there is a 70 years old that can still lift weights. Is it possible? I mean wont he get weaker and lesser energy to work out every week?
