I've seen a 60y/o male at the gym still fit, although not as strong and bulky as the guy in the video. Besides doing weights he still do other functional exercises.
At old age it's more important to keep in check what is the maximum weight your body can handle. Most importantly, stay injury-free with proper form and understand your limit. It's no longer about going heavier like what we can do at younger age but more like maintaining your fitness.
