Is RTX 40 series laptop available on market already?

1. Budget : around RM5k
2. Usage : CS, dota, movie, some video design
3. Requirements : not noisy and heated easily... will be good if it is international warranty and i will only stay in Malaysia 2 month per year. it will be best if it can last for 3 years before i move to next laptop.

best i can see now is either Legion or Illegear laptops.

Any other recommendations? or should I wait for the new models?

Other Alternative:

Hi all, once again Im returning to this thread for an updated recommendation. Maybe some of the sifu-sifu can help me out?

1. Budget             : RM6000
2. Usage              : Graphic Designing / Video Editing / Animation / Mid-High spec Gaming (No need 4k, 1080 is fine)
3. Requirements   :So a little bit of criteria that is requires from my end: Slim/Easily Portable, Large(ish) Battery life, 16GB if possible, preferable without numpad, good screen for designing and media consumption (Ive been spoilt by office macbook), Minimum 15" if possible (But I can always connect to external monitor). I plan to make it a desktop replacement as I'll be moving around quite a bit. Prefer to have a well-known brand that are easy to find replacement parts/servicing is easier.
4. Urgency            : ASAP as I am to do some freelance work by next week and dont have a portable machine.
