hi all,
i just bought a 2nd hand Acer Aspire 5 i5 11th Gen online. Seller give me 3 months personal warranty, no receipt provided.
i checked with Acer malaysia via online and received a copy of warranty details as below.

Questions:
1. is this laptop still under Acer warranty?
3. i dont have the official receipt, if this laptop still under warranty, can i go service/ repair for free without official receipt?
3. what is Part expiry and ITW Expiry means?
4. the "Sold To" is the shop which sell this laptop? coz the shop is temporarily closed due to pandemic. If they permanently close, can i go local acer service centre for service/ repair?
