Hi all, need help with recommendations for a friend who is looking to buy a gaming laptop.

1. Budget: RM4k~5k
2. Usage: Gaming
3. Requirements (display size, battery life, weight etc): RTX3050 or 3060 preferred. Tested and proven brands or models.

I don't know much about laptops, but I guess it's important to have the ability to upgrade certain parts e.g. storage and ram?

I guess she can wait a bit. Yes I've been referring to your thread, thanks very much for that. Somewhat leaning towards Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45-R4K8 but looks like no stock.

Any other laptops with RTX3060 you would recommend below RM5k? Or would you say RTX3050 wouldn't make much of a difference? (FYI I doubt she'll be playing games like Cyberpunk, etc).
