I already have a macbook m3 pro given by company, i am very impressed with it, and i want to find its windows equivalent


will be running
Docker
redis insight
postgres/mysql/mongo all that sstuff
vscode/cursor/atom/pycharm
python 3.12 and pip
npm and node
altium designer
android studio
arduino
dbeaver/postico
easyEDA
git
wireshark


all kinds of stuff but the most resource heavy should be Docker

will also dual boot ubuntu, either that or wsl


RAM - 16GB -32GB
SSD - 1TB
Processor - ideally 12 gen and above, no preference for i3, 5, 7
no preference on screen size, will plug in monitor to use anyway.

budget, given my spec, the laptop has to be 4k above?

there are lots of brands but i really cant decided, hp, lenovo, msi?
