-left side mirror not working during delivery, fixed by the tech on site (lose cable)
-seatbelt light indicator not working until now, just realized that yesterday. will go back to SA on monday.
-min and max for aircond confusing. coz i feel sometime its the other way round.
-FC 10.3L/100km so far.
-max speed on ELITE hi-way i did 140kmh. it was smooth and okay.
-side mirrors too small and unrealiable, "kena pandang belakang".

and another one thing, i have this intermittent beeping sound coming out from radio/God knows what.

how to stop that beeping sound? scanning for channel doesn't seem to work. I have to manually go to the channel to preset.

anyone can help me about this? the radio manual doesnt seem to help much.

The braking is sufficiently good for me

I had few occasion where I ALMOST kissed the another`s bumper, but thanx to the brake, i`m so far still being spared laaa...

BTW, last nite, had fun speeding in federal.. woweee ~

I'm afraid I have bad news.

My family Persona's 1.6 H-Line batteries went dead just after one week of using. Today as we excited to go back to JB from KL with the spacious boot and all and when we tried to start the engine...pfft. Nadda. So we called AAM mechanic he started the engine and said the batteries were flat. And so we leave the engine to warm up for half an hour. After that turn off the engine. A couple of minutes later trying to start the car...pfft. Batteries dead again. End up using the City instead.

alternator dead liao. proton common problem.
i ahve my 1st saga n wira also same de problem. not rill 1 month alternator dead. >.<

The beeping sound bcoz of the setting problem. You have to disable the 'TA' if i am not mistaken. Then the sound will disappear.

Beside that, just wanna check out i did the 1000k service... but i can feel the car more heavy, need to press the pedal more only can feel the boost. Can anyone tell me why??? B4 service is more power.... Why???

I've been following this thread for quite some time..and now seems like Persona problems is accumulating..

Got mine this morning, BL(A) Iri White..just came back from tinted the glass..

So far, detect 2 defects
a) Seatbelt light no function
b) Below steering wheel) aircond water leaking...wet my shoes and foot

NVH..noise, vibration, harshness still need improvement..noisier than old Vios..

At nilai so many personas with wqm, wqn, wqp plate.
Got 1 persona with wqp plate install vs already

Curious on your problem. i have this info/knowledge after oversea training last 2 month. just leave the msg for my wife to run the engine (my satria) at least once a week. after 2 weeks. the battery went flat. after jumpering. run the car like crazy for around 20km. the battery got recharge back.

i think you should run ur car first if this kind of things happen, so that the battery can be recharge back. just starting the car idly dun solve anything. up till today, my satria battery still ok.

just my 2 cents

I think kaizou did not leave his car unused for 2 weeks but was using it regularly for one week right, and then the next day the battery went flat. In that case, is it because it is a deffective battery?
