Luckily i've done both my screen replacement out-of-warranty...
I wonder if it's because the screen replacement programme has ended, instead of his warranty period.

They clearly stated “even after out of warranty” as they understand that he cant make it due to pandemic. But now they insisted they never mean it and now saying they meant within warranty period only.

Friend, everyone has difficulty to go back due to pandemic.
Border was open earlier but not everyone can afford it.

And samsung malaysia has stated “even after out of warranty” and “no timeframe for this goodwill” If this happens on you, i believe you will think better word and be mercy on your comment.

But of course, I hope it will never ever happen on you.

if initially they agreed and written nd got proof, can go to tribunal.

if not mistaken last time got 1 case, tribunal order samsung to give that man brand new phone as replacement.

I read that case earlier. Court asked Samsung either replace the phone or repair the phone for free.
Definitely one way to go after.

I think Samsung is rarely respect customers nowadays.

If im judge and the person pursue to court come to me i will straight reject the claim. Sorry but no sorry taking 2 years is way too long.

It's been 3 years+ using Note 9. I'm still with it. Can't believe I stay with this one this long. Previously Sony Xperia Z3 own from 2015 - 2019. I think I'm gonna stay even a bit longer with Note 9 until its age affects my daily usage. Currently not tempted to any upgrade yet I can say I'm proud to own this Note 9.

since samsung already start s-pen supported for s series, maybe there are no more note series later...

I've been holding up my phone update since last June...
And for some unknown reason.. the phone updates itself...in my pocket... for November update last week... even tho i kept dimissing the update notification everytime....
And today.... voila... the screen got greener/worst than it ever was...

I already noticed the screen color quality already getting worse few months after i replaced the screen... but i don't really bother with that since now only using it as 2ndary device.
but today got worse as the screen changes (green hue) with different brightness level...

so should we say good bye to note series now...

Preordered my s22 ultra.. bye bye note 9..

I would've used it for another year if it has Android 11 update.
