hi, need help..

My modem external ip address is: 100.1xx.2xx.1xx
My pc when go to whatsmyipddress is: 60.xxx.9x.x

Did anyone know why this happens?

Called TM, they said will resolve it in 2 days :stars

now all my devices that need port forwarding do not work...


add info: i can access from the outside using ip 100.1xx.2xx.1xx.. problem now, all my devices get 60.xxx.9x.x and all cant be accessed from outside now..

MODEM: TPLINK VR600V
ISP: UNIFI LITE 10MBPS VDSL (ALREADY ON PUBLIC IP BEFORE THIS HAPPEN)


SOLVED! They using CGNAT now for xdsl user.. Just call tm and tell them u have CCTV issue with this ip.. they will settle it in 3 days.. my case take under 24hour

what are you using? Streamyx or Fiber?

if you using Fiber is public IPs
if you using streamyx is private IPs

streamyx with public ip from the first day using it last year... just happen today...

no idea about yours.. even my neighbor also using streamyx who is private IP also.

maybe you need wait TM to help you resolve your issue.

Because it under private IP. Just request a public IP they will give u within 3 days.

but, i am under public ip already.. mybe tm change it back to pblic.. thanks..

I noticed that today I get IP under CGNAT now (under streamyx/unifi lite ADSL)... Is it they're rolling out cgnat for xDSL users?
