Sifu, can I ask ya, if I want to extend only ground floor without first floor (no budget), will it be very ugly?

Do we still need to depend on soil condition? Since no need to support weight for first floor.

Also, roughly how much would it cost if let's say I just do a simple rectangle with (1 wall in the middle to split) width 28 ft, extend 5ft.
