Graphics colour is off for the DIRE RANGE CREEP, Any help to fix texture/colours?

Some problems with dota graphics for only the DIRE RANGE CREEP!. Pics attached.
processor - i7 gen 10 gpu - gigabyte 1650 OC eagle hdd - nvme I’ve already reinstalled dota, checked file integrity and even the graphic drivers were reinstalled but the range dire creep has colour problems.
