Anyone have friend that have wife or husband work in same company same office same department?

My company last time got 2 couples. As long as being professional at work, no issues at all.

Back in my last posting my boss he is hod orthopeadic, and his wife hod anest. Different department, but if there is ortho case in ot, they sure gonna meet. At the end of the operation the wife gonna nag what takes u so long to finish, other surgeon take way less time than u bla bla lol

My company got many couples. Sometimes same department but definitely different direct boss. Most however after few months or years , one of the spouse move to other companies and some both also move on (not because of company pressure but usual reasons like better offer etc). As long as everyone is open and professional about it doesn’t matter. Bigger problem is if ur husband / wife in the same office , lagi sien so think bout it first. May not be an issue for company but more of an issue for the couple.

A listed company... Father is chairman.... Son is MD..... Mom was CFO.... Daughter is CTO and uncle is COO... No problem also....

Usually same company is OK but not same department due conflict of interest...
