My company got many couples. Sometimes same department but definitely different direct boss. Most however after few months or years , one of the spouse move to other companies and some both also move on (not because of company pressure but usual reasons like better offer etc). As long as everyone is open and professional about it doesn’t matter. Bigger problem is if ur husband / wife in the same office , lagi sien so think bout it first. May not be an issue for company but more of an issue for the couple.
