since u just bought it then it's still under warranty, can get it fixed.

i think they should still be able to help you even if the warranty center is closed.

if not mistaken they have something called Acer Care center to help with these issues as well. can try emailing them again and see if that helps.

btw, i also wouldnt touch any of the hardware stuff in case it voids ur warranty.

have you tried emailing them again to say that the methods they recommended are not working?

they can escalate the issue to their tech center and find a faster solution for you.
