Anyone having trouble with this ? i just bought this model and it crashes when play a game.

since u just bought it then it's still under warranty, can get it fixed.

i tried to contact them. They told me the warranty center is closed due to MCO and the ask me to update window and gpu driver. I have update all the drivers and window and still crashing with blue screen.

That sucks...
No in home service?

Able to run laptops self diagnostics.

For Dell I'd press F12 on boot.
Then run diagnostics for CPU, RAM, battery etc.

Don't have an Acer but I think there's a similar option either F2 or F12.
Might be hardware issue and the diagnostic can help detect issues.

Service center cannot help due to closure then leave customer hanging.

Not sure about that. I have return the laptop to the seller for testing. Hopefully some good news.

What kind of crash? Artifacts appear when gaming?

What is the blue screen code shown?

Thanks for the info. So basically its software from the hardware company has problem and i have to wait for the company from the hardware to solve it?

Base on my experience, that BSOD most likely cause by the motherboard or SSD.
You may check is there any new firmware for your SSD.

i think they should still be able to help you even if the warranty center is closed.

if not mistaken they have something called Acer Care center to help with these issues as well. can try emailing them again and see if that helps.

btw, i also wouldnt touch any of the hardware stuff in case it voids ur warranty.

From the sound of it, TS doesn't install any SSD or New RAM, everything factory setting. Even the RAM seem default...

Next to check is if any USB items caused the issue. WHat have you use on USB? just Mouse? normal one?

Besides this, i couldnt think of other. At the moment, yes do not do anything that could void warranty....

I just plug in Razer Mamba. Most probably is the design of motherboard or the ssd issue. Have to wait until after MCO to send it to acer warranty center.

have you tried emailing them again to say that the methods they recommended are not working?

they can escalate the issue to their tech center and find a faster solution for you.
