loss of beneficial use, charge market rate rent prices back to the developer then have them come in and repair everything. i'll even throw in an external consultant to do the ponding test for me for both mine and the unit above then charge everything back to the developer. can play if you have a second home, otherwise they know you won't put up with the shit and threaten you by disputing and delaying to fix your unit. move out, put in the saman, they're going to be compensating with costs. you will not pay a single cent, but it'll costs you some of your time. |
