In the first place i was thinking to chop off the patah part, but then i notice another tube of metal is inside. If i need to chop it off then it will be about 3~4 inch shorter liao. I decided to go for some reinforcement to the chipped part.

eventually the rod is completed and according to the japanese style rod handle design... smile.gif It looked much better than all Conolon out there...there's only 1 in the world.. tongue.gif

1) i wanna ask you how often can you get jenahak/ang cho off the rocks from klang??
2) how often you hear surfcasters off tangjung harapan.. coming up with 2kg specimen or extra RM 500 pocket money if you get jackpot.
3) how often you can find senangin, jenahak, buntik, senangin taiwan, kerapu, long tan and sometimes pari in the small pond??

For Merchong trip anglers...

For my own boat niah.. smile.gif

I have prepared 2 setup for the sailfish game

1. Maguro Jig Master PE4 max + Okuma Convector + JigMan X4 PE3(40lb)
2. Custom bottom rod(titanium guides + 20kg backbone) + Okuma Zonar + 40lb Fins PRT

Spare setup
1. Thomas Stroker + Daiwa CY4000 + PE3(40lb) TuffLine XP

Jigging Setup
1. Custom Spiral Wrap PE1~2 + Abu Garcia STX + 30lb Power Pro
2. Custom unnamed(just completed last week) PE1.8 + Abu Garcia Cardinal 302 + 20lb Stren

Game plan
We will deploy 2 or 3 lines out for sailfish, and we will do jigging while waiting for strikes from sailfish

Based from my infos from other anglers, the sailfish not that keen on hitting the bait yet, hopefully this round they are more willing to bite.

should be enuff laa for sailfish .. 2-3 sets already .. i think at ant ONE TIME we let go 3 sets out drift for sails lorr
as for jigging ... everybody has their own jigging sets ... so i dont forsee any probs at this moment ..
transports has been settled ... now do we wanna bring watermelon or not this round ?? hahahahaa .. my car full house damm heavy already with current passenger load ... if got watermelon means go inthe GSR liauu
what about lunch on fishing day ??? tapau early morning over there or boatman supply ??

As for passenger will be 32+66 nia...then the luggages...i'll have 1 tackle bag, and 1 clothes bag....the rest is all rod which will be from co-driver seat till the back

ez for u coz 32+66 + luggage oso still lighter than the guys in my car .. hahahaahaa ... hopefully no more scrapping rear fender la my rear tyre ... ketok and oso adjusted camber as well as changed tyres already ..

bread oso jadi laa for lunch .. but have to have good breakfast 1st .. if got shops around where we are going to stay then maybe can tapau some MORE SOLID food .. roti telor will be just nice ... hehehehe

basically its just whether or not to bring watermelon laa ???
