To be fair, you must offer (as basic salary) of what you published.

Let say RM2400~RM3200
RM2400 should be the basic salary from...to anything add up till RM3200.

Those employer who are offering basic salary RM800 then OT bonus and shit which is sometimes have and something not, and your total RM2400 will be a scam.
