Can I check if I can buy a dog, say golden retriever, with a mka cert. Does it also mean the dog is not from incestuous parents / history?

To me that's the only good thing since I wouldn't know their parents quality etc. Whether real champion breed etc. I am more concern of buying a dog from incest breeding.

Pure line standard poodle as I remember can cost 7 to 8k import, champion line cost over 10k++++ and also depends the popularity
