Anyone here in company or business owner using SalesForces ? i would like to ask whether their software is good for SME ?

i am just a user of salesforce, i do no know how it works behind...
but having said that, i see the backend ppl can request for customization to fit our needs...

Based on your experience do salesforce bring advantage when making sales ? Or should i say that does the software help you in anyway?

Helping on sales, no. but it make ur tasks easier to handle....
Can I live without the salesforce, yes.
but with salesforce, it will improve my job on hand....

put it as a premium way to do POS system.

i personally think salesforce is a premium tool and might be expensive for SME, usually big company will use Salesforce, and need IT and marketing team to work together....

i would say you can consider other software, or find an agency that uses Salesforce to help you manage it

U will need a guy or a small team to help support SF services. U can get full package from providers but pay more.

Most MNCs tend to handle their own due to sensitivity of corporate data n structures

yea we had a meeting with Salesforces last 2 week, everything was great with their tools and support. They even offer to give us a trial run on it but their pricing aint not cheap

For SME, i don't think Sales Force is really neccessary. Unless you have too much cash to waste....just get a cheap solution will do.

If your goal is just to get your operations done easily, like sending out invoices and receipts, I found this new app called Otobook to be quite useful and its free.

It really depends what do you want to achieve in "sales" I guess. But sales force is just too expensive and achieve nothing much tbh.

Sales forces kinda expensive and need invitation. If you have alot money. Go for it. As i try to ask them last time, they wont give to any ppl who subsribe as they vetted first and mention need how many sales to be in their platform. But no doubt its no one. Their CRM is damn powerful

Yea they had a google meeting with our management and vetted us before recommend us which salesforce is suitable for us, one of their best program is for business which had a revenue of 100million and above so to say.
