I signed up for a year. I have been paying throughout MCO2.0, MCO 3.0 and FMCO and I have a few more months left in my contract. I want them to refund the remaining days + reimburse those days when the gym is closed due to MCO

Gyms usually won’t refund wan, at most they keep extending your membership date only

I spoke to one of their consultants. A refund is possible based on negotiation...and that conversation is before MCO 2.0

Which Anytime Fitness you signed up for your membership? They should refund you for those lockdowns or give you credit to offset the payments you have made.

nope, I never gonna fall into their any of stupid gym plans, last time I subscribed 36 months to True Fitness, it closed down and I didnt get my refund. Now MCO time, I foresee same thing will happen.

I don't have the TnC with me but I have the signed membership agreement form with the amount I paid, start date and end date.

I didnt cancel. Continue paying even though didn't step into gym since Jan 2020.. better support them, and even better can reduce paying tax to backdoor gomen
