I signed up for a year. I have been paying throughout MCO2.0, MCO 3.0 and FMCO and I have a few more months left in my contract. I want them to refund the remaining days + reimburse those days when the gym is closed due to MCO

I spoke to one of their consultants. A refund is possible based on negotiation...and that conversation is before MCO 2.0

I don't have the TnC with me but I have the signed membership agreement form with the amount I paid, start date and end date.

There was one consultant who told me that refund is possible but usually case by case.
