Hi all, may i know what are your first resources when you started learning about shares? Books? Any website that teaches how to read and analyse the bursa reports etc? Learning the factors that affect the share price etc?

https://www.bursamalaysia.com/trade/trading...ory/main_market for viewing the list of listed companies to choose from

https://www.investopedia.com/ for general learning of the jargons and technical analysis indicators. There are lots of other good websites too which you can google but I find myself using Investopedia the most

We have our own beginners guide in the stock market subforum https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1039913

To study the summaries of company financial performances:
https://www.klsescreener.com/v2/ (also comes with technical charts)
https://www.investing.com/markets/malaysia
https://www.wsj.com/market-data/quotes/comp...ountry/malaysia

Ringgit Oh Ringgit has this gem for beginners: https://ringgitohringgit.com/investing/how-...T7Pr3MpHS--wteI

Another way I did it was to google stuff like "stock market for beginners", "stock market for dummies" or "stock market investing mistakes to avoid". Then as you pick up more you can self search online further into the certain topic
